Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Filin Solutions FZE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Mentat Ai App for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any of its components.

You shall not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.

The Mentat Ai App and all its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of Filin Solutions FZE. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you, and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by Filin Solutions FZE.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Filin Solutions FZE may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes to the App at its sole discretion. This EULA applies to any updates or modifications to the App, unless such updates are accompanied by a separate license agreement. We may also offer customer support for the App, but we are not obligated to do so.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Filin Solutions FZE may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and destroy all copies in your possession.

"The Mentat Ai App is provided on an 'as-is' basis" without warranties regarding performance, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk, and Filin Solutions FZE shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use.

To the extent permitted by law, Filin Solutions FZE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the App.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Filin Solutions FZE concerning the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
